                             RESOLUTION NO.   20025  
                   
                   
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR 
                   OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS TO ENTER 
                   INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH SOIL RESTORATION AND 
                   RECYCLING, INC. ("SR2") RELATIVE TO SOIL 
                   REMEDIATION AND THE HANDLING OF SLUDGE.
                   
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, that the Administrator of the Department 
       of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to enter into an 
       agreement with Soil Restoration and Recycling, Inc. ("SR2") 
       relative to soil remediation and the handling of sludge.
